Common Questions

For events and full-day shoots, 3–4 weeks in advance is ideal. For larger productions or multi-day projects, 6–8 weeks is recommended. That said, reach out regardless — I'll always try to make it work.

All photos are delivered via a private online gallery link. Selects are typically available within 48 hours; full edited galleries within 5–7 days depending on shoot size.

Yes. I've shot in DC, New York, and across the country. Travel outside greater Seattle is billed at cost — flights, hotel, and ground transport — agreed upon before booking.

Cancellations made more than 7 days before the shoot date receive a full deposit refund. Cancellations within 7 days forfeit the deposit. Rescheduling is always accommodated when possible.

Standard commercial usage rights are included with all bookings. For large-scale campaigns, broadcast, or international licensing, extended rights are available — just ask when you inquire.
